The sixth edition of 'Hirian' will transform the streets and squares of Errekalde with a vibrant avant-garde musical display, which includes 18 artists with free access, on June 1, as an urban aperitif to the Bilbao BBK Live festival.

The Bilbao BBK Live festival brings music back to the streets of Bilbao with the 'Hirian' initiative, which in this sixth edition will take over the Errekalde neighborhood on June 1. The event will feature 18 artists representing contemporary styles and with free access for everyone. Bilbao City Council emphasizes that the event will turn Errekalde into a festive and multicultural space where all tastes will find something to their liking.

Errekalde is the last neighborhood to host this initiative, after previous editions in Bilbao La Vieja, Deusto, Santutxu and Basurto. For one day, The streets and squares will be a free access setting for a program that stands out for its eclecticism, mixing genres and generations in a safe and festive space. The offer will include a wide variety of artists and styles ranging from disco, rock and rap to electro-punk and hip-hop.

Musical diversity and contemporary styles define the programming at Hirian

On the stages of 'Hirian', Carlangas and Los Cubatas will bring their mix of disco and rock, full of sixties influences, while Dillom promises an energetic live show with his new concept album. Alice Wonder, a representative figure of the new Spanish musical generation, and Putilatex, an electro-punk band with two decades of experience, are also part of the lineup.

Doctor Explosion brings his psychedelic garage-rock with a nostalgic touch, while Coolnenas will revolutionize the dance floor with their DJ sets. In the same line of authenticity, Euskoprincess will transport us to a universe full of energy and freedom with its songs.

Ezpalak represents Basque rock, Germán and La Alegría del Barrio combine classical elements in their style, and Huda stands out for her fusion of French rap and hip-hop. Las Odio are characterized by a raw and sincere live performance, while the young woman from Bilbao Maren and the Guipuzcoan group Mirua provide new musical perspectives.

Pablo Und Destruktion, a restless and unpredictable artist, will surprise with his proposal, and Pipiolas, a duo from the Canary Islands, will show off their emotional and spiritual style. Ruptura mixes musical genres in their sets and Skyhook has established itself as one of the best producers of urban music.

The day of June 1 in Errekalde promises to be a festive prelude to Bilbao BBK Live, which will be held on July 11, 12 and 13 in Kobetamendi. Tickets for the festival are now available, with camping spots for those looking to get the full experience.
