Surne Bilbao Basketball, the pride of Bilbao, has confirmed its presence in the FIBA Europe Cup 23/24. This team, which has left its mark on the basketball Spanish, will face this new challenge with the illusion of continuing to grow and prove its worth in an international competition.

The rest of the teams, up to a total of 40, will come from among the teams that do not pass the BCL qualifying round (20 teams) and from each of the seven qualifying rounds that will take place from October 3 to 5, where seven winning teams will qualify.
